A COUNSELLING SESSION is £50 and lasts 55 mins. I have a limited space for concessions as regard to people with financial difficulties.
Clients are typically seen once a week on a a short, medium or long-term basis contract.
A COACHING SESSION is £60 and lasts 60 mins. As Coaching generally involves a focused program towards a particular goal, I do offer a pre-paid 6 sessions package at £300, which can be re-newed if needed. The sessions can be weekly or twice monthly bearing in mind that you will be given exercises to practice outside of the sessions to give effect to the coaching process.
I consult my counselling and coaching clients in a specifically dedicated warm and cosy room in my own home however I do not have the facility of a waiting room so please do your best to arrive at the time agreed upon. Also note that any lateness will indeed affect the 55mns timing of the session.
Any cancellation given under 48 hours will induce the payment of the full fee.
I also offer SKYPE sessions for those unable to attend my consulting room. It works on a pre-payment basis which happens on a safe platform.
